I’m Klaudia Mody, a counsellor for children and adolescents.
I am passionate about listening to and empowering young people to work over any issues they face so that they can be truly themselves. Why? Because when working as a teacher, I saw how much they struggled with worries, stress, anxiety and low confidence and how it impacted their learning and relationships with others.
Feeling powerless in my role, I changed my career to support young people and their parents in overcoming mental health difficulties and building resilience.
I believe that all young people can gain confidence and learn the skills to regulate their feelings and build healthy relationships.
