Face-to- face sessions
Currently, I offer face-to-face sessions to children and young people aged 7-24 at the Numark pharmacy at 14 Field Street, LE12 9AL
Free parking for clients is available on-site.
From January, face-to-face sessions will also be available in the Helen Jean Cope Room in the Arc Community Hub at 22 Knox Road, Loughborough. LE11 2UP

Online sessions
Online counselling is a great alternative to face-to-face sessions, allowing us to connect from anywhere.
To work online together, I request you to have:
Access to a quiet space where you feel safe and won't be disturbed or overheard
Good internet connection to send and receive audio and video

In-school counselling removes obstacles for young people to access quality mental health support.
